At Clean Slate Cleaning Solutions LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please review our policy below:
✔ Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We will schedule a free re-clean of the missed areas within 48–72 hours, based on availability.
💳 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only after:

We have attempted a re-clean, and
-
The issue still remains unresolved
Partial refunds are determined based on the portion of the work not completed to standard.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Complaints made more than 24 hours after service

Areas not included in the cleaning plan

Conditions that prevent proper cleaning (excessive clutter, pest infestation, moving construction debris, unsafe environment)

Service fees for late cancellations or lock-outs
🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-hour notice required for rescheduling or canceling

Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service price

Lock-out/no-access upon arrival may result in a full service charge

Customers must ensure:

Clear access to the property

Utilities (water & electricity) are available

Pets secured for the safety of staff
