Refund Policy

At Clean Slate Cleaning Solutions LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please review our policy below:

✔ Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with any area we’ve cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We will schedule a free re-clean of the missed areas within 48–72 hours, based on availability.

💳 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only after:

  • We have attempted a re-clean, and

  • The issue still remains unresolved

Partial refunds are determined based on the portion of the work not completed to standard.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Complaints made more than 24 hours after service

  • Areas not included in the cleaning plan

  • Conditions that prevent proper cleaning (excessive clutter, pest infestation, moving construction debris, unsafe environment)

  • Service fees for late cancellations or lock-outs

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice required for rescheduling or canceling

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service price

  • Lock-out/no-access upon arrival may result in a full service charge

📝 Access & Expectations

Customers must ensure:

  • Clear access to the property

  • Utilities (water & electricity) are available

  • Pets secured for the safety of staff
